| Consolidated Equipment Company was formed in 1986 as an
industrial equipment distributor to the municipalities, manufacturing,
refining, food processing and pharmaceutical industries. We soon outgrew our
initial role and expanded our operations to include specialty chemicals,
technical consulting, and capital equipment leasing services. Our expansion
into the filtration and water purification areas has included heavy emphasis in
custom designed Reverse Osmosis systems. |

mid-America. We share a joint mission to provide high quality equipment,
chemicals and service at a competitive cost with reasonable delivery times. |

| We have been in the water treatment business since 1986. |

| We specialize in maximizing the efficiency of reverse osmosis
systems. Many of our customers look to us for water recycling. Also, we work
closely with the power industry focusing on boiler and cooling water chemistry
as well as reverse osmosis and waste water concerns. Our chemical products are
looked upon in the power industry as some of the highest quality water
treatment chemicals in the industry. |

| We have some of the most talented people in the industry. Our
field staff consists of chemical and mechanical engineers as well as chemists
and biologists. |

Lastly, we have a 50,000 square foot facility in Omaha with our own
distribution system. We can receive an order and deliver it the same day in
emergency situations. |
